Denis has gained experience across many trades in a career spanning more than 50 years.
In this time he has accumulated a deep understanding of the wide range of materials now available and modern finishes for their integration and use in detail joinery and construction. His skills achieve the highest standards required today and he takes care and passion in passing them on to his dedicated staff.
Denis has been responsible for projects such as a renovation of the Bennelong Restaurant at the Opera House, to overseeing the fitout and subsequent renovations of the iconic Catalina Restaurant.
Glenn Williams, Director
Director/Project Management/Production Manager
Glenn joined the Company as a 16 year old apprentice to Denis over 30 years ago.
In that time he has been committed to achieving the highest standards of workmanship and organisation ultimately specialising in high end projects and specialised finishes, demanding specifications, challenging designs and bringing them to completion and on budget.
He has worked with Denis and built a strong relationship with many of Sydney’s prominent designers like the late Leigh Prentice. For more than 15 years he has worked with The Smart Design Studio Team bringing in dozens of projects including the joinery fitout for Indigo Slam in Chippendale, and many prestige homes in Sydney.
